- Customer Complaints: Respond to customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and timely manner, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Quote and Price Requests: Respond to quote and price requests from clients, providing accurate and competitive pricing.
You will be working closely with various internal teams, including production management, administration, and sales. You will also be in frequent contact with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Working ConditionsThis role requires a light physical effort, with frequent walking and wearing of personal protective equipment. You will be working in an office environment, with frequent travel to our workshop and potentially to client sites.
Requirements- Education: College diploma in administration or equivalent.
- Experience: A minimum of one year of relevant experience in customer service, preferably in the finishing processes and aeronautical industry. Alternatively, a minimum of five years of relevant experience in a related business sector.
- Language: Bilingual (French and English): spoken and written.
- Key Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, including on the telephone. Demonstrates team spirit, integrity, and enthusiasm. Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate initiative and judgment.
