Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director, Customer to lead our expansion into Metro Vancouver. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Gain a thorough understanding of fire door products and establish a new factory in Metro Vancouver.
  • Strategically position GH products and devise an assembly line, spanning from rough shape cutting, pressing, bending, bonding, welding, to prime painting.
  • Authorize and coordinate the formation of major departments and appoint senior staff positions.
  • Oversee the recruitment of middle managers, directors, and other executive personnel locally.
  • Systematically train the local management team, ensuring each member attains the same level of skill as those in manufacturing industry.
  • Oversee, allocate resources, communicate effectively, and maintain control over the factory setup process, ensuring exceptional execution.
  • Evaluate and manage risks adeptly amidst uncertainties and challenges encountered during expansion.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum of 8 years of professional experience.
  • Experience in fire door manufacturing, procurement of fire doors for real estate developers, and corporate financing are all required.
  • A robust understanding of the current fire door market in developed countries such as the US and Canada, as well as in developing countries like China, the Philippines, and the Middle East.
  • Fluent in English. Proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $65 per hour and 1‰ of the total sales. A 8 hour shift, but should be available 24/7 to cover company's need.
