About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at APEX PHYSIOTHERPAY. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Office Management: Oversee the management of the office, including supervising staff, managing budgets, and ensuring that all office equipment and supplies are in good working order.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with staff, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are informed and up-to-date on office matters.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that the office runs smoothly and effectively.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the administrative team, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are able to perform their duties to the best of their ability.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Work Setting: Willing to relocate
  • Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail
  • Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, Organized
