About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at ON TIME PARTY RENTALS LTD. as an Administrative Assistant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning and Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events.
  • Financial Management: Plan and control budgets and expenditures, ensuring efficient use of company resources.
  • Supervision and Training: Supervise other workers, provide training and development opportunities, and establish policies and procedures.
  • Communication and Reporting: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and compile data, statistics, and other information.
  • Office Administration: Oversee the classification and rating of occupations, plan and develop recruitment strategies, and manage contracts.
  • Customer Service: Answer telephone calls and relay messages, respond to employee questions and complaints, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure efficient use of company resources.
  • Project Management: Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs, and plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong attention to detail and multitasking skills.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
