Office Operations Manager

Guru Kirpa Travels Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our office operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
- Office Management: Oversee the maintenance of our office facilities, including ensuring that all equipment and supplies are in good working order.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of our business operations, including financial records, client information, and other relevant data.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on office operations, including financial reports, client satisfaction reports, and other relevant data.
- Compliance: Ensure that our office operations are in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong organizational and time management skills.
Guru Kirpa Travels Ltd is a dynamic and fast-paced company that requires our Office Administrator to work in a team environment. The successful candidate will be required to work in a office setting, with regular hours of 40 hours per week.
