Customer Experience Management Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customer experience strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
- Lead a team of customer service representatives to ensure seamless communication and problem resolution

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a leadership position
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
