About the Role

ECF Data, LLC invites candidates to join their team as a Data Analyst, Business Insights. As part of the organization, you will play a crucial role in delivering data-driven insights that drive strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Business Partners: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand key business priorities and develop actionable metrics and insights.
  • Design and Develop Analytics Solutions: Design, develop, and maintain self-service dashboards and scalable analytics solutions using platforms like Oracle and Power BI.
  • Ensure Data Integrity and Governance: Ensure accuracy, integrity, and governance of People Systems & Data.
  • Present Data-Driven Recommendations: Prepare and present data-driven recommendations to senior business leaders.
  • Improve Data Collection Processes: Seek opportunities to improve data collection processes, analysis methods, and reporting tools.
  • Implement Best Practices: Implement best practices in data management and analysis.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Compile and analyze People data for compliance with internal and external reporting requirements.
Requirements
  • Data Analysis: Strong data analysis skills.
  • Data Management: Experience in data management.
  • Relational Databases: Knowledge of relational databases.
  • Reports and Visualizations: Ability to create reports and visualizations.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Statistics: Knowledge of statistics.
  • PowerBI: Experience with PowerBI.
  • Data Governance: Understanding of data governance.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen.
