We are seeking a highly skilled Nonprofit Legal Expert to provide legal advice and guidance to our nonprofit clients. The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and be licensed to practice law in the province of Ontario.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in nonprofit law, including experience in corporate governance, tax law, and contract law. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities will include providing legal advice and guidance to our nonprofit clients, drafting and reviewing contracts, and providing legal advice on corporate governance and tax matters.

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including health and dental insurance, a 401(k) plan, and paid vacation.
