Job Description

At Krux Analytics, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Manager - Drilling Operations to join our team.

This role is a fantastic opportunity for a sales professional with a passion for the mining industry to drive business growth, build relationships, and deliver technical product demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to our current business development strategy and revenue goals by increasing our subscriber base and bringing in new customer accounts.
  • Identify opportunities within existing accounts for growth and build relationships with customers to ensure they are optimizing their operations with Krux.
  • Represent Krux as a technical leader in real-time data solutions for drilling operations through technical sessions at tradeshows, webinars, blog posts, and/or technical documentation on our software solutions.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in commerce, engineering, or geology or relevant industry experience.
  • 5+ years of experience with SaaS sales and/or relevant experience within the mining/drilling industry.
  • Previous experience with surface and underground exploration drill programs and contractors considered an asset.
