Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at Kahm Electrical Inc. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve office efficiency
  • Delegate work to office support staff to ensure tasks are completed on time
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Organized and team player with attention to detail

Work Environment:

  • Fast-paced environment
  • Public transportation available
