Experienced Part-Time Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Receptionist to join our team at CB Canada in Ottawa, Ontario. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing multiple projects, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
About the Role
As a Part-Time Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and colleagues. You will be responsible for greeting guests, answering phone calls, and handling mail and messages. You will also assist with data entry, word processing, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bilingual (French & English) proficiency
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with data entry
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- 2+ years of related experience
