Administrative Coordinator

At Genesix Consulting, we are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, preparing meeting minutes, and maintaining office supplies.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will be responsible for determining and establishing office procedures and routines, as well as arranging travel and related itineraries.
In addition to your administrative skills, you will also be responsible for maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems, and typing and proofreading correspondence and documents.
We are looking for someone with a strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask, with excellent oral and written communication skills. If you are a highly organized and motivated individual with a passion for administration, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling appointments and preparing meeting minutes
- Maintaining office supplies and inventory

Requirements:
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
