Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement menus that showcase our hotel's culinary expertise and appeal to a wide range of tastes and dietary preferences.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure that they are equipped to deliver high-quality dishes and provide excellent customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure that our kitchen is well-stocked and efficient.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of our kitchen and food service areas to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Requirements
