Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our culinary team at The Royal Hotel. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for leading our culinary team and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the culinary team to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
  • Develop and implement menus that showcase our hotel's culinary expertise and appeal to our guests' tastes.
  • Source and procure high-quality ingredients and supplies to maintain the highest standards of food quality and safety.
  • Collaborate with our events team to create customized menus for weddings, conferences, and other events.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of leading a culinary team and achieving high-quality results.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
