Job Title: Executive Chef

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Dexterra Group. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of our kitchen, ensuring that all meals are prepared to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and prepare menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our customers
  • Supervise a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure that all meals are prepared efficiently and effectively
  • Ensure that all kitchen equipment and facilities are clean and well-maintained
  • Monitor food costs and inventory levels to ensure that we are operating within budget
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu items to keep our offerings fresh and exciting

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a senior culinary role
  • FoodSafe Level I certification or higher
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
