We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Assistant Manager who possesses the following qualifications and characteristics:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Minimum one year retail management experience.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, basic computer skills, and a sound understanding of mathematics and reading comprehension.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand during scheduled shifts, maneuver up to 25 pounds regularly, and up to 75 pounds occasionally. Ability to bend, stoop, and climb ladders and step stools while placing merchandise throughout the store and assisting customers.
