Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at GRIMACE &CO RESTAURANT LTD.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our fast food restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Operational Management: Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure the smooth running of the restaurant.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
- Human Resources: Conduct performance reviews and ensure that all staff are trained and equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that stock levels are adequate and that products are cost-effective.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the restaurant is a safe and healthy environment for customers and staff.
- Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote the restaurant and attract new customers.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Work Conditions: Physically demanding with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Competitive Salary: $100,001 - $500,000.
