Restaurant Operations Manager

At GRIMACE &CO RESTAURANT LTD, we are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our fast food restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, with experience in managing a team of 11-15 people. Key responsibilities will include determining the type of services to be offered, implementing operational procedures, balancing cash, and conducting performance reviews. The successful candidate will also be responsible for negotiating arrangements with suppliers, participating in marketing plans, and ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.
Key Responsibilities- Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
- Conduct performance reviews
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
