Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at GRIMACE &CO RESTAURANT LTD.
Job Summary:The Restaurant Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our fast food restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and manage a team of 11-15 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food production.
- Operations: Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient service delivery, including menu planning, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with company policies.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that all customers receive excellent service and a positive dining experience.
- Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote the restaurant and increase sales.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast food restaurant or similar environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
The Restaurant Operations Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, handling heavy loads, and standing for extended periods. The ideal candidate will be physically demanding and able to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
