Job Title: Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at GRIMACE &CO RESTAURANT LTD.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our fast food restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Management: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
  • Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Human Resources: Conduct performance reviews, negotiate arrangements with suppliers, and participate in marketing plans to drive business growth.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, provide excellent customer service, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, cost products and services, and negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong attention to detail.
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a large workload, requiring flexibility and the ability to work under pressure.
