About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil 3D Designer to join our team at BBA Consultants. As a key member of our infrastructure projects team, you will be responsible for preparing construction drawings for site development projects, including site civil, roadway design, and stormwater management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare 3D models for earthworks, roadworks, drainage works, and underground services
  • Prepare drawings and sketches for site development projects
  • Communicate and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams on project sites
  • Convey results and findings through discussions, presentations, and project documentation
  • Work with Navisworks and other GIS software to manage project data
  • Design and redesign complex layouts and drawings from written or verbal specifications
  • Update design records database for future reference
Requirements
  • Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology or similar
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in preparing design drawings using Autodesk AutoCAD Civil 3D
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with national and local codes related to site drainage and erosion control
  • Ability to read and understand 2D and 3D drawings
