Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on account status and address any concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery, driving business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services, leveraging market trends and competitor activity to drive business development.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that drive business growth.
  • Prepare reports on account performance, including sales forecasts and revenue projections, to inform business decisions and drive strategic growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of working experience in account management or sales role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin (required), with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic recommendations based on market trends, driving business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts and close sales deals, with a strong understanding of business principles and practices.
