We are a European cybersecurity leader expanding into Canada, seeking a motivated Strategic Partnerships Development Manager to drive our success in the Central territories.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will identify and continuously develop a network of regional sales partners and distributors in Canada.
  • Accompany the onboarding of new partners and build successful relationships.
  • Organize and supervise online training for sales partners and implement the Hornetsecurity partner program.
  • Conclude partner business plans and monitor their successful development.
  • Participate in fairs and partner events, presenting our solutions.
  • Create relevant forecasts and define measures to ensure targets are achieved.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales or Marketing, and represent the company externally as a personal contact person.
Requirements
  • A solid IT background through education, academic studies, or comparable qualifications - ideally in IT security or cloud services.
  • At least five years of professional experience in IT, with a strong understanding of complex IT solutions and business processes.
  • Relevant experience in dealing with sales partners and distributors in Canada, successfully developing partners strategically and economically.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence when dealing with partners and customers.
  • A high willingness to travel and convince customers and partners of Hornetsecurity Services in presentations and negotiations.
  • A winning personality and ability to work effectively in an international team.
  • The motivation to pursue quarterly goals with passion and drive organizational success.
