About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales and Delivery Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and generating new sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer order and quotation requests, both in-person and via phone, email, and faxed correspondence.
  • Process orders, quotes prices, and enter orders into the system.
  • Provide product information, features, and benefits to customers.
  • Develop relationships and partnerships with customers to establish our business as a trusted supplier.
  • Drive delivery van to pick up incoming stock or deliver materials to designated locations.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 0-2 years of experience in sales and customer service.
