About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales and Delivery Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, generating new sales opportunities, and delivering products to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and interacting with customers, upselling related products, and making customers aware of product promotions.
  • Develop relationships and partnerships with customers to establish our business as a First Choice Supplier.
  • Analyze market trends and champion sales initiatives to increase overall market share and profitability.
  • Process orders, quotes prices, and provides order information to customers.
  • Restock store merchandise, arrange stock on shelves, and maintain showroom cleanliness.
  • Drive delivery van to pick up incoming stock or deliver materials to designated locations.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is strongly preferred.
  • 0-2 years of experience in sales and customer service.
