Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to the management team, including preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations.
    • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments.
  • Communication and Correspondence
    • Respond to incoming correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
    • Prepare and send correspondence, including letters, memos, and reports.
  • Office Management
    • Manage and maintain the office supplies, including ordering and inventory control.
    • Ensure the office is well-organized and tidy.
  • Project Coordination
    • Assist in the planning and coordination of projects, including setting deadlines and tracking progress.
    • Prepare and distribute project materials, including reports and presentations.
  • Supervision and Training

Requirements
  • Education

  • Experience
