Service Delivery Manager for Gas Meter Installation

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to lead our team in British Columbia. As a key member of our organization, you will oversee the installation of gas meters for residential and small commercial customers, ensuring all installations are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Supervision and Management: Lead and manage a team of technicians, assigning and scheduling work orders to ensure timely completion.
- Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess and provide feedback on team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Training and Development: Participate in paid training programs for service delivery leaders, providing guidance and support to new team members as they transition into field roles.
- Quality Assurance and Safety: Conduct regular safety audits, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and investigating any incidents or compliance issues.
- Customer Service: Address escalated customer concerns and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service delivery and problem resolution.
- Documentation and Reporting: Review and approve installation documentation, maintain accurate records of team activities, and report on team performance and project status to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, with previous management and supervisory experience in the gas meter installation industry.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a high level of technical aptitude.
- Certifications and Licenses: Class B license for gas fitting valid in British Columbia required, along with a valid driver's license and clean abstract.
