**URGENTLY HIRING**:

- Hourly rate is $32.76/hr., the pay will bump to $38.26 after 12 months of employment
- 4x10 Floater | 4 AM-6AM start time

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Transport loaded and empty trailers from point-to-point via night transit in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the transportation team and maintain good working relationships
- Perform proper equipment maintenance, monitor reefer temperature, and report mechanical issues and
- damages in a timely manner
- Complete daily check-ins without errors
- Perform daily pre/post trip inspection of vehicles and equipment
- Performs other duties as assigned

**What Do We Require?**
- Valid Class 1 Drivers License
- One year of heavy equipment driving experience
- Ability to meet the physical demands of this job (connecting long combination vehicles, unloading pallets
- of empty trailers, chaining up in winter conditions)
- This position requires punctuality, problem-solving, and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Must be goal-oriented with a positive “can-do” attitude
