Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Accommodation Services Manager to oversee our daily operations in the hospitality sector. This role requires a blend of leadership, organizational skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university program lasting 1 to 2 years.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year in a similar role or equivalent experience.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a dynamic setting, such as a hotel, motel, or resort.

Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate and execute policies and procedures for efficient daily operations.
  • Recruit, hire, and train staff members.
  • Supervise and evaluate team performance.
  • Engage in negotiations with suppliers for necessary materials and supplies.
  • Conduct training sessions to enhance staff skills.
  • Negotiate with clients regarding facility usage.
  • Prepare and manage budgets while monitoring financial performance.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies.
