We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Operations Supervisor to join our team at Knights Inn Motel. Key Responsibilities- Co-ordination and Scheduling: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Work Schedules and Procedures: Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Client Service: Assist clients/guests with special needs and ensure that their expectations are met.
- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange for repairs to ensure business continuity.
- Supply Management: Requisition materials and supplies as needed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Language: English.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with overtime required.
- Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail, flexibility, and ability to work in a team.
This is a permanent position with 32 to 35 hours of work per week. The work environment is fast-paced, and overtime may be required. The successful candidate will be required to work in a hotel setting and will be expected to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
