Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow professional to join our client, a leading consulting firm, in meeting their evolving ServiceNow platform needs.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with a small, dedicated team to deliver solutions that align with internal best practices. Key focus areas include:

  • Contributing to the development of ServiceNow standards and strategies with global professionals.
  • Managing the QAP release strategy to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Overseeing the quality of the backlog and being accountable for its management.
  • Driving ServiceNow upgrade planning and execution to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborating with architects to identify system limitations and develop alternative solutions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow.
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in project or people management functions.
  • Expert knowledge of enterprise-grade Service Management platforms and their application to complex hybrid cloud and on-premise solutions.
  • Good understanding of IT Security standards, policies, and procedures.
Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in a professional services environment or similar is desirable. Additionally, certifications such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Certified Scrum Master can be an asset.
