Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Technical Lead to join our team. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for providing technical guidance and expertise to team members, project teams, and stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle. You will develop and maintain scripts, business rules, and User Interface (UI) policies within the ServiceNow platform to achieve optimal functionality and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain scripts, business rules, and UI policies within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Provide technical guidance and expertise to team members, project teams, and stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and capabilities, industry best practices, and emerging trends.
  • Configure and develop solutions on the ServiceNow Platform, including workflows, script includes, business rules, and UI policies.
  • Conduct thorough User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and/or System Integration Testing (SIT) testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
  • Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, including delivery failures, configuration problems, and performance bottlenecks.
  • Implement effective solutions to address and resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously refine and improve existing processes.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior developers and administrators, fostering knowledge sharing and skill development within the team.
  • Create and maintain up-to-date technical documentation.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication (verbal/written/presentation) skills.
  • Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • 5+ years of hands-on technical working and/or consultancy experience with support of extending ServiceNow application functionalities.
  • At least 5+ years of hands-on technical working and/or consultancy experience in related fields.
  • Completed a post-secondary education in Computer Science, Engineering, or related Technology streams.
  • Completed relevant certifications, such as ServiceNow Developer, ServiceNow Administrator, or similar.
