Job Title: ServiceNow Senior Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Senior Developer to join our team at Dyooti. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and configuring ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to ServiceNow.
  • Ensure all solutions and workflows are aligned with ServiceNow best practices.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of ServiceNow solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow technology and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and user manuals.
  • Participate in the planning, design, and implementation of ServiceNow upgrades and enhancements.
  • Lead and manage ServiceNow projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
  • Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and best practices.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as SSO, CMS, Virtual Chat, Service Portal, Tours, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, Asset Database, and CMDB.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Additional Requirements:

Experience with a variety of systems integrations such as REST and JSON.
