- Drive Sales and Revenue Growth
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, KPIs, and profitability goals.
- Monitor and control expenses, sales, and customer service to ensure optimal performance.
- Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team
- Recruit, train, and develop top-performing employees who are results-driven and customer-focused.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to ensure team members meet expectations.
- Manage Store Operations
- Oversee payroll and scheduling to ensure efficient store operations and maintain high customer service standards.
- Implement and maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Implement Loss Prevention Programs
- Develop and execute education and awareness programs to prevent losses and maintain a secure store environment.
- Adhere to Company Policies and Procedures
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and essential skills.
- Experience and Skills
- 2-4 years of management experience in a retail environment with a focus on customer service (preferably in the apparel or footwear industry).
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets, demonstrated problem-solving skills, and effective communication skills.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills, bilingual (English and French) in Quebec.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing situations.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 30 pounds regularly.
