Vente au détail Bestseller Canada Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team.
Job Summary:The Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth. This is a fantastic opportunity for a results-driven individual to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our company.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring they meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Operations: Manage store inventory, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Customer Service: Foster a positive customer experience, resolve customer complaints, and provide excellent service to drive customer loyalty.
- Sales and Merchandising: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement strategies to increase sales and drive business growth.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and operational metrics.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
