Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Culinary Specialist to join our team at Arirang Warehouse.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts, with at least 3 years of experience in supervising kitchen staff and planning food preparation and cooking activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate costs of supplies and food items and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Supervise and train specialist chefs, chefs, cooks, and other kitchen workers to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
  • Create new recipes that meet customer demands and preferences.
  • Instruct cooks on preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation techniques.
  • Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities for multiple restaurants.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in a commercial kitchen setting.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is $55,000 per year, plus benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.

Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position working 30-40 hours per week. The work language is English.
