About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our team at OAPLE Forest Products Ltd. As an Administrative Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our team members, including preparing reports, managing documents, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Office Management: Oversee the maintenance of our office, including coordinating office services, managing supplies, and ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including responding to inquiries and providing information as needed.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the coordination of projects, including gathering data, preparing materials, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Data Entry: Enter data into our systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports as required, including periodic and special reports.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Work Environment: Private sector, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
