Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead to lead our Small Business sales team. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and coaching and mentoring your team to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Drive Business Growth
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Coach and Mentor Team Members
    • Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to enhance their sales skills and knowledge
    • Develop and implement training programs to improve team performance
  • Manage Sales Operations
    • Oversee day-to-day sales operations and activities
    • Ensure sales practices are compliant with regulatory requirements
  • Provide Credit Support
    • Provide adequate credit support in complicated deals
    • Assist in high-value client interactions
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • University/college degree or work equivalency
    • Proven track record in delivering results in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Skills and Knowledge
    • Expert knowledge of Small Business products and services
    • Strong leadership and coaching skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
