At Pearle Vision, we strive to provide exceptional eye care services to our patients. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer experiences and meeting team goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales and achieve company objectives.
  • Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend specific lenses and coatings.
  • Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate with optical measurements to ensure the perfect vision solution.
  • Conduct measurements using optical tools and consult with Opticians as needed.
  • Contribute to a positive store environment by fostering strong relationships with peers, management, doctors, and support staff.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store appearance, including displays and inventory.
  • Embody an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service
  • Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, and calculators, with basic phone and math skills
  • Ability to sell through the use of sales skills and accountability for sales results
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written)
  • Self-motivation and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
