Northumberland Hills Hospital (NHH) is a vibrant community hospital delivering a broad range of acute, post-acute, outpatient and diagnostic services.
Located approximately 100 kilometres east of Toronto, NHH directly serves a growing population of more than 60,000 residents spread across a mix of urban and rural settings.
We are seeking Registered Nurses, Medical Floats, to join our team. As a Registered Nurse at NHH, you will provide professional nursing care to patients in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
The successful candidates will meet the requirements of the position description for "Registered Nurse" and act as a team member with specific responsibility for performance of professional nursing care to a patient or group of patients as assigned and according to the standards of the College of Nurses.
Key Qualifications and Responsibilities- Currently registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Possess current B.C.L.S.
- Competency to perform added nursing skills as required
- Ability to work in an active, rapidly changing, stressful environment with multiple demands
- Ability to make decisions and prioritize effectively
- A competitive annual salary of $85,000-$110,000 depending on experience, paid bi-weekly
- A comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance and pension plan
- Generous relocation incentive up to $18,000 for out-of-province healthcare professionals
- Eligibility for Canada Student Loan forgiveness program
- New Graduate Initiative for newly graduated nurses
