Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Nando's Chicken Guildford. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take their career to the next level in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards. You will also be required to estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports.
Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing food order summaries for the chef, supervising and checking the assembly of trays, and establishing work schedules. A Food Safety Certificate is essential for this role.
Benefits:We offer a competitive salary range of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a health care plan and 30-40 hours of work per week. The work term is permanent, and the work language is English.
