Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at PK Sullivan Food Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules and deadlines.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing resources.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with a minimum of 32 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
Work Environment
