Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at L.A. Food Services LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development.
  • Establish and maintain high standards of quality and customer service.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, including estimating ingredient and supply costs.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports as required.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to relocate to support business needs.
