Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Speed Food Services Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service.
  • Hire and train new staff members to maintain a high-performing team.
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards, ensuring that food meets our high standards.
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and manage budgets to optimize food costs and ensure profitability.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Dependability and a strong work ethic.
Work Environment:

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You must be physically capable of performing the duties of the job and have a strong attention to detail.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Work Schedule:

30 to 40 hours per week.
