Systems Development Training Analyst

Reporting to the Manager, Financial Systems Development, the Systems Development Training Analyst identifies and analyzes training needs and develops training and evaluation for the end users of the Government of Nunavut's human resources and financial information systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop user training programs and materials
- Deliver training and provide user support
- Support the introduction of new and modified systems
- Prepare user resources and documentation
- Communicate with users and stakeholders
- Provide assessment, evaluation, and follow-up services
- Undergraduate degree in an IT or related field from a recognized institution
- Two (2) years of adult training experience
- Fluency in English and French, with knowledge of Inuktut an asset
- Experience working in a northern cross-cultural environment an asset
- Competitive salary range: $109,029 to $123,694 per year
- Northern Allowance: $16,008 per year
