We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team at Peak Sales Recruiting.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering exceptional sales services. Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, warm calling, and account management.
    • Achieve quarterly sales quotas by leveraging effective sales strategies and relationship building.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Foster strong relationships with customers by understanding their long-term needs and delivering tailored solutions.
    • Ensure seamless customer experience by adhering to the Peak Process and best practices.
  • Talent Assessment & Customer Success:
    • Collaborate with customers to deliver solutions that meet their unique needs and exceed expectations.
    • Assess talent and provide expert guidance to ensure customer success.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Generate accurate forecasts to inform business planning and resource allocation.
    • Maintain a CRM enriched with up-to-date information and accurate notes.
  • Collaboration & Teamwork:
    • Work closely with recruiters and other team members to ensure a cohesive recruitment process.
    • Contribute to process improvements to drive consistency and excellence.

Requirements:

  • 2-3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or customer success roles, preferably in service-based industries.
  • Proven track record of making 250+ cold calls per week and achieving sales quotas.
  • Demonstrated expertise in communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM, data, and task management, with Salesforce experience being a plus.
