Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to serve as our Executive Director of Arts and Culture. This leadership position requires someone with exceptional skills in strategic planning, program development, and community engagement.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing programs that promote arts and culture within our institution, while also fostering partnerships with local artists, galleries, and museums.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement programs that showcase art and culture in our museum and archives
  • Foster partnerships with local artists, galleries, and museums to promote cross-cultural exchange and collaboration
  • Oversee the development of exhibitions, events, and educational programs that align with our institutional goals
  • Collaborate with staff to create engaging experiences for visitors of all ages
Requirements
  • MBA or related degree in business administration, fine arts, or a related field
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a senior management role in the arts and culture sector
  • Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, program development, and community engagement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits including health care plan, paid learning/training opportunities, and free parking available.
