Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Twin Brothers Construction Incorporation.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our construction team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Direct and control daily operations, including managing staff and resources
  • Open and distribute mail and other materials, and plan and organize daily operations
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines, and schedule and confirm appointments
  • Manage contracts, training and development strategies, and respond to employee questions and complaints
  • Liaise with management, union officials, and HR consultants, and arrange travel and related itineraries
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, and set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, and conduct research and perform data entry
  • Provide customer service, maintain and manage digital databases, and perform basic bookkeeping tasks
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other software applications
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
