Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Canadian Religious Stewardship. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our senior management team, including coordinating seminars, establishing office procedures, and maintaining inventory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information
  • Advise senior management on administrative matters
  • Respond to employee questions and complaints
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Arrange travel and related itineraries
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
  • Conduct research and perform data entry
  • Provide customer service and work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages
  • Maintain and manage digital databases and perform basic bookkeeping tasks
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Docs
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
