Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this role is $81,000 - $121,000, with an additional performance bonus of $50,000 - $70,000 possible based on individual and team performance.


Job Description

This is an exciting and rewarding people leadership role, encompassing complete ownership of sales targets achieved through high engagement and consistently hitting performance benchmarks. As a Manager - Area Sales, you will lead a team of 10 outbound cold calling Account Specialists responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving sales.

You will oversee a high performing team capable of exceeding sales goals and financial targets, utilizing your exceptional communication skills to clearly articulate the vision, goals, and provide feedback. Additionally, you will be responsible for tracking key performance metrics, recognizing achievements, forecasting, and supporting a collaborative team culture.
